About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP - BDO/Market Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving new business sales performance and fostering organizational growth through the establishment and nurturing of new business relationships. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, primarily by focusing on outbound business development to expand the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, client acquisition and retention, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a robust CRM system. The VP - BDO/Market Manager will also be expected to engage in product marketing, collaborate with various business partners, and serve as a community leader, promoting the company and maintaining an active role in local organizations.
