Job Full Description Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Full time wanted for rapidly expanding public accounting firm in Pensacola. You must have a cheerful attitude and be hard working. You must know QuickBooks (Preferably 3 -5 years' experience), Word, Excel, Outlook, understand and use computers well and like to be in communication with all types of people. We are a very well-established firm that has a great reputation and delivers outstanding services to a variety of businesses and individuals. We want to add a new team member that shares our interest in delivering superior services to our many clients. If you are someone that can keep up with our fast pace, is able to multi-task, doesn't get easily stressed or flustered and can service the clients and staff cheerfully while maintaining excellent organizational skills, we'd love to have you on our team!
