Manager, HR Business Partner

Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies and initiatives with business priorities and workforce needs Identify opportunities to improve team performance, organizational structure, and colleague experience Advise leaders on talent, engagement, performance management, and employee-related matters Lead and contribute to projects enhancing HR processes, engagement, and inclusion initiatives Use HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and inform decision-making Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices Translate workforce data and trends into actionable business recommendations Support change management and implementation of new initiatives Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to execute talent, engagement, learning, compensation, and workforce planning programs Model and promote CVS Health Enterprise Values Requirements 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, organizational behavior, talent management, or people development Demonstrated success supporting business leaders and teams Strong communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple organizational levels Ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and support sound decision-making Collaboration and teamwork skills Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and adaptability Organization, prioritization, project management, and follow-through skills Ability to balance business needs with broader organizational priorities Experience using HR data, analytics, and reporting tools Ability to travel up to 15%

SHRM-CP
