Overview Construction Project Manager (HVAC/Mechanical) — Location: Santa Clarita, CA (Los Angeles County, Orange County travel required) Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead mechanical/HVAC construction projects across a mix of public and private sectors. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and strong client relationships. Responsibilities Manage construction projects including new builds, renovations, and retrofits Review plans, estimates, and proposals to ensure project accuracy and feasibility Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Coordinate with GCs, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee contract administration, negotiations, and financial performance Provide regular project updates and resolve issues proactively Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and regulations Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience Experience in HVAC/mechanical construction strongly preferred Strong understanding of construction documents and processes Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cruitin
