Operations & Project Lead

You will lead the day-to-day intricacies of our consulting and outreach business by ensuring timely and efficient internal and external outcomes are achieved through outstanding deliverables, and by implementing day-to-day actions, oversight, and coordination. You should have strong organization skills; be heavy in the details and in the weeds, efficient, effective, and a great communicator. Chief communicator for visionary CEO. Manage Asana and deadlines and deliverables. Ensure quality is outstanding. Develop professional, corporate spreadsheets, forms, reports, documents, and more. Qualifications: 3+ years in organization management. BA or BS. Excellent writing skills. Excellent organizational skills. Great verbal communications.
