Summary
Connect Search is recruiting a Recruiter for a manufacturing company in the Mequon area.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process..
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and hiring needs, including posting and marketing of open jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in hiring decisions and extending job offers.
- Create job descriptions.
- Conduct onboarding activities.
- Source candidates to fill open positions
- Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Complete preemployment activities such as drug testing, reference, and background checks for potential employees.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
