Eden Executive Search is partnering with a growing commercial general contractor in South Florida to build its next generation of project leaders. This group is shaping the skyline of West Palm Beach and Miami - joining us now would give you experience on high-rise and large-scale commercial projects.

\n

\n

We're starting an early-career program with two ways in:

\n

\n
• Project Engineer (entry-level): for recent graduates ready to start full-time.
\n
• Construction Intern: for current students who want real project experience, with a path to a full-time Project Engineer offer.
\n

\n

\n

This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll sit with a project team, work on live jobs and learn how commercial buildings get delivered from preconstruction through closeout.

\n

\n

What you'll do

\n

\n
• Support Project Managers and Superintendents on active commercial projects
\n
• Manage RFIs, submittals and the document log
\n
• Help track schedules, budgets and change orders
\n
• Attend owner, architect and subcontractor meetings and take minutes
\n
• Walk the job site to track progress, quality and safety
\n
• Help with buyout, scopes of work and subcontractor coordination
\n
• Support punch lists and closeout documents
\n

\n

What we're looking for

\n

\n
• A degree in progress or completed in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related field
\n
• Interns: currently enrolled, junior or senior standing preferred
\n
• Project Engineers: 0–4 years of experience, including internships
\n
• Organized, responsive and comfortable juggling several moving pieces
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication
\n
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Procore, Bluebeam or scheduling software is a plus
\n
• Willing to spend time on active job sites
\n
• Reliable transportation to West Palm Beach area projects
\n
