Our Corporate Business Development Center in Chandler is growing, and we are seeking four Customer Advocates to join our October hiring class. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between customers and dealership teams via phone and email
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
• Provide clear, professional, and helpful communication to customers and coworkers
• Accurately document customer interactions and account information while multitasking
• Deliver exceptional customer service that supports Chapmans commitment to excellence

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Experience working in a high-volume inbound call center required
• Proficient with software and technology (dual-monitor experience preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
• Fluent in written and verbal English; bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexible availability is preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
