Responsibilities This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer Service & Sales Greet customers, answercalls, fieldquestions, andbuildcustomerrelationships. Warehouse & Yard Operations Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials. Maintain a clean, organized,well-stocked,and welcomingwarehouse and yard,whilefollowing all equipment and material-handlingsafetystandards. Inventory Management Receiveandstockdeliveriesandtransfers. Assistwith cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. Delivery and Transportation Loadandunloadmaterials using companydelivery vehicleswhile following all safety protocols. Safelydelivercustomer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival. What we are looking for… Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50–75lbsregularly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Strong work ethic and reliability Basic math and communication skills An eagerness to work as a teamand deliver world-class customer service Preferred, but not required… Warehouse associate experience Delivery driver experience Forklift Certification Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials(remember, our training rocks) SpanishBi-Lingual isalways aplus Bonus Points for the Following* Bilingual (Spanish & English) Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate) Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
