Job Overview We are seeking experienced automotive sales professionals Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission & performance bonuses Employee benefits package (Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off) Flexible Schedules Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth within the automotive industry Responsibilities Handle and follow up with internet and phone leads Prospect to data base on a daily basis Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) About Us 71,632 square foot facility Glass enclosed New Vehicle Delivery area We're not the average dealership, so nothing that we do is ordinary.
