Build and maintain a loyal customer base through rapport-building and exceptional service. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain dealership reputation.

Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Ability to adhere to sales processes while providing personalized customer experiences. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
