WHO YOU ARE

• A coach first. You develop green salespeople into producers and producers into future managers. You'd rather build a closer than be the closer (though you can still hang a deal with the best of them).
• Growth-obsessed. You look at last month's numbers and ask “where's the next 10%?” — in lead handling, appointment show rates, desking discipline, or inventory turn.
• Digitally fluent. You understand that today's deal starts online. You're comfortable with CRM accountability, internet lead response, digital retailing tools, and working hand-in-hand with a BDC.
• Accountable and even-keeled. You set the example for professionalism and enthusiasm — high standards without the drama.
• GM-experienced (preferred). Buick, GMC, or Cadillac sales management experience is a real advantage, but a proven growth track record matters most.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Hitting monthly volume and gross profit objectives — and building the plan to beat them
• Recruiting, training, and developing a team of new and used vehicle sales professionals
• Desking deals with discipline and assisting your team in closing when needed
• Driving CRM usage, internet lead follow-up, and appointment culture alongside our BDC
• Creating a customer experience that builds repeat and referral business, not just this month's units
• Collaborating with F&I, service, and marketing to maximize every opportunity in the store
• Setting the tone on the floor: enthusiasm, accountability, and a professional management style every day

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven automotive sales management or strong assistant/desk manager experience
• Comfortable with performance-based, commission-driven compensation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Genuine interest in training and developing others within a team environment
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen
