Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts by assisting with hiring activities workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

• Coordinate onboarding processes and help ensure new employees have a successful start within the organization.

• Administer employee benefit programs and assist with enrollment updates and employee questions.

• Process payroll related activities and maintain accurate employee information within human resources systems.

• Handle employee relations matters maintain personnel records and support human resources projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in human resources business administration or a related field.

• 1+ year(s) of human resources experience in a professional environment.

• Demonstrate knowledge of human resources practices employee records management and workplace compliance requirements.

• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.

• Maintain familiarity with payroll systems and human resources information systems.

Qualifications:

• Apply strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills when working with employees and management.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and business information.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and problem solving abilities while managing multiple priorities.

• Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and workplace policies.

• Work independently and collaboratively while providing excellent support to employees and leadership teams.
