Registered Nurse (RN)Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our client in Pinal County, AZ, 85232. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Pinal County, AZ, 85232Duration: 3 MonthsWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, based on clinic staffing needs. Typical clinic hours range from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break. Hours are variable but we anticipate 20-30 hours per week.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Temporary Personnel shall administer immunizations such as, but not limited to Influenza and coronavirus disease according to the immunization schedule as recommended by the ACIP.The Temporary Personnel shall provide appropriate Reproductive Health information and education. This shall include, but not be limited to the following tasks:Perform vital signs, education, and counseling.Conduct tests related to Reproductive Health including testing for pregnancy, syphilis, HIV, chlamydia, and gonorrhea testing.Provide clients with support and resources as needed.Discuss with client a reproductive life plan, and provide options for counseling in a non-biased manner.Assist clinic providers as needed.To be considered for this position, you should have:At least two (2) years of experience working as a nurse.Experience working in a Public Health and/or Community Health outpatient clinic setting.Clinical knowledge and experience providing adult and childhood immunizations; ideally, knowledge of the Arizona State Immunization System (ASIIS).Basic knowledge of women's health, including family planning/contraception counseling, GYN care, sexually transmitted infections, and breast and cervical cancer screening.Ability to serve as a float to cover all clinic locations, particularly our Casa Grande Clinic.Mandatory requirement:Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) with experience using medical terminology to translate for clients and co-workers.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
