Mad River Community Hospital is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our health care team at our Outpatient Clinics two to four days per week. The Nurse Practitioner will provide medical services to patients in collaboration with and under the supervision of an MD, and within the parameters of the California Nurse Practitioner license. This includes the delivery of primary health care to adults and geriatric patients.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Current valid California State Registered Nurse License.
• Current valid California Nurse Practitioner License.
• Must have completed in good standing an approved nurse practitioner program that meets the standards of the Board of Registered Nursing in California.
• Must have credentials which meet the regulations allowing a nurse practitioner to furnish medications and devices (e.g., full schedule DEA registration in California).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• A minimum of two years' experience.
• Ability to work independently.
