Cleans and prepares hot, cold, special menu foods, sliced meats, cheeses and vegetables. Also prepare meat proteins before cooking.Sets up and break downs food lines, cleans and breaks down work area: to include scraping, washing pots, pans and dishes, mopping, swiping and emptying trash.
