On-Site Lead Estimator - Heavy Civil & Infrastructure

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Lead Estimator to lead the estimating team and manage complex, high-risk pursuits. You will set strategy, articulate risk/opportunity to management, and collaborate with the Proposal team on alternative-delivery projects.
The role reports to the Chief Estimator and is 100% on-site in Alvarado, TX, with a focus on heavy civil projects across dams, utilities, bridges, and related infrastructure.
