Daily duties of this position is to provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team while providing quality service to the customers we provide a variety of services for. This is a hands-on position. Many employees have $0 monthly medical insurance premiums.Dental, vision, life and array of other insurance plans to choose from.Employee Assistance Program.Vacation, sick leave and extended sick leave plus holidays and floating holidays.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or its equivalent.Minimum of six months of experience working with adults with disabilities.Increased technical skills related to field of work.Successfully pass the drug test and background check.CPR/First Aid/AED certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/First Aid/AED CertificationFingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.Provide proof of good driving. a valid Arizona Driver's License and pass the Beacon driving test.Article IX, and Prevention and Support certificate or able to obtain and maintain certification.Ability to obtain and maintain a GSA clearance.Ability to balance, bend, stand, walk, kneel, twist, stretch, climb, and sit.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.Ability to write accurate, clear, and informative case notes.Ability to tolerate environmental conditions, such as hot, cold, wetness, dust, noise, etc.Ability to work, drive and travel independently to various sites.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to follow instructions.Ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and the public.Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.Ability to use good judgment.Ability to meet deadlines.Ability to learn and use equipment.Ability to use power tools, equipment, and machinery.SCHEDULE: Monday-FridayWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage all qualified persons with disabilities and veterans to apply.
