The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitors guest's response to intervention and modifies treatment.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• New Graduates with OT license are welcome.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation care
• CPR Certification and Fingerprint Clearance Card Required
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
