Financial Analyst

Financial AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ; or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role is responsible for managing all financial inputs for corporate forecasts, including staffing plans, contract accruals, and balancing to targets. The ideal candidate will develop financial forecasts, coordinate the monthly and quarterly reporting process, and partner with finance, technology managers, and portfolio delivery leads.Responsibilities:Develop a financial forecast and ensure technology managers execute within 1%Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with finance, tech managers and portfolio delivery leadsTrack joiners and leavers and maintain staffing plansFollow-up with managers on progress with hiring; escalate barriers and issues to BSMTrack and report corporate forecast variance driversMonitor capacity and forecast allocations and ensure they are accurate and completePartner with the portfolio governance and financial team to monitor changes in funding and work with BSM to assess impacts to staffing plansRequirements:Prior experience in finance or business support, exposure to corporate forecasting, headcount reporting, variance analysis and knowledge of project managementIntermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel with proven ability to perform analysis and develop insights from dataBackground in financial reporting (base and/or initiative)Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysisAbility to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independentlyExcellent written & verbal communication skills and executive presenceExtremely organized with excellent time management skillsDesired skills:Experience with Global Technology financial processes and tools such as PMMT, TPAS and WMPPay range: $42.09 - $50.09 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
