Senior Manufacturing Finance Manager

Join a global manufacturer known for highly specialized, formulation-driven products used across a wide range of consumer applications. Partnering with many of the world's most recognized brands, the company operates in a complex, high-mix process manufacturing environment with thousands of raw materials and constantly evolving formulations. As the senior manufacturing finance leader supporting two manufacturing facilities, you'll serve as the primary financial partner to plant leadership, helping drive product costing, manufacturing performance, margin optimization, and operational decision-making. This is a highly visible, plant-facing leadership role where you'll work closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve financial performance and support key business decisions. What You’ll Do Serve as the senior manufacturing finance leader supporting two manufacturing facilities, partnering closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve manufacturing performance, cost optimization, and profitability. Lead product costing and manufacturing finance activities within a high-mix, formulation-driven process manufacturing environment, including standard costing, actual costing, inventory valuation, and cost governance. Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Material (BOMs), manufacturing routings, and product cost structures while supporting new product introductions, formulation changes, and ongoing process improvements. Perform manufacturing variance analysis across material, labor, and overhead costs, identify root causes, and partner with operations to improve financial and operational performance. Support pricing, margin analysis, and customer/product profitability by providing financial insight into cost drivers, trends, and business performance. Support annual budgeting and forecasting with a focus on manufacturing cost inputs, operational assumptions, and plant financial performance. Prepare and deliver monthly manufacturing finance reporting, KPIs, inventory analysis, and performance metrics for plant and regional leadership. Build strong partnerships with plant leadership, providing financial insight that supports operational decisions, capital investment planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, MM, PP), SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI to maintain data integrity, improve reporting, and support ongoing systems and process improvements. Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights, serving as a trusted financial advisor to operations and cross-functional leadership. What We’re Looking Fo r10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, plant finance, operations finance, controlling, cost accounting, or FP&A supporting complex manufacturing operations Experience serving as a senior finance partner to manufacturing or plant leadership, providing financial guidance that influences operational and business decisions Experience supporting high-mix process manufacturing environments involving complex formulations, large raw material portfolios, Bills of Material (BOMs), manufacturing routings, standard costing, and dynamic product costing Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including FI/CO, MM, and PP modules.
