**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in **Richmond, Virginia**. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, conducting ABA therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes or community settings. **Responsibilities:**

* Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes or community settings
* Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to reduce problem behaviors and increase desired skills
* Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
* Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
