We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RBT Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA ! As a boutique ABA practice, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care to our clients and their families. About the Role:

As an RBT with Big Heart ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-functioning 7-year-old boy to implement treatment-blind goals focused on socialization and confidence. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-7:30 PM - but other days of the week can be an option as well. Additionally, this may expand to in-school hours as well with the start of the school year, depending on your interests and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Work one-on-one with clients in the home setting

• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless communication and consistency across all aspects of treatment

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Prior RBT experience required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Punctual and reliable with a strong commitment to timeliness and attendance

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
