What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and corporate positions Drive Store Manager and field leadership recruitment across multiple states Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and social recruiting Partner closely with Operations, HR, Training, and business leaders to develop hiring strategies Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to offer acceptance Utilize recruiting data and hiring metrics to improve outcomes and influence decision-making Support employer branding initiatives and help tell the company's culture story across platforms What We're Looking For 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting leadership-level talent Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments is highly preferred Why People Love Working Here Collaborative, people-first culture High-growth environment with career advancement opportunities Leadership team that values authenticity, servant leadership, and continuous development Comprehensive benefits package Bonus opportunity Team perks and employee discounts Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience Location: Onsite in North Orange County, CA with occasional travel to field locations and hiring events. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
