We are in search of entrepreneurial recruiters with a wealth of experience to join our dynamic team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This opportunity transcends beyond a conventional role it's your launchpad to success. We're developing a platform tailored to magnify you, allowing top recruiters to leverage technology, marketing strategies, and operational support to enhance results and elevate their personal brand.
You will oversee full-cycle placements while nurturing essential client relationships. With some of the highest commission structures in the industry, your efforts will be rewarded directly in lockstep with the value you contribute.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful closure.
- Serve as a Client Partner, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Strategically Source candidates using our proprietary CRM/ATS, your network, and advanced communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to organize candidate management, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting value for clients and rewarding commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we amplify our brand and yours.
