Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches, overseeing every step from candidate intake through to offer acceptance.
- Establish Client Partnerships by gaining a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements and organizational culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing through our advanced CRM/ATS, complemented by your personal network and additional tools.
- Utilize Our Innovative Platform to manage candidates and communications, while ensuring organized outreach and follow-ups.
- Focus on Long-Term Permanent Placements, creating sustainable solutions for clients and maximizing your potential earnings.
