About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its mission-driven organization through a period of significant evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, financial stewardship, and programmatic impact of the organization. This role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise leadership, executive influence, and a proven track record in board governance and fiduciary partnership. Candidates for the President and CEO position at the company should possess an advanced degree or equivalent executive leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior executive role. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of minority business and economic development, capable of aligning the organization's strategy with measurable regional economic impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and external stakeholder diplomacy, and experience in modernizing systems and data-driven leadership. The President and CEO will also be expected to have a proven ability in organizational and cultural leadership, with a focus on building and elevating high-performing teams.
