About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations, developing a clear strategic vision for the company's growth, and leading the organization through a successful ownership transition. This role requires a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong project management experience, and a proven ability to optimize operational processes. The CEO will also be tasked with P&L management, financial planning, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in senior management, with a minimum of 5 years' executive-level leadership, and a proven track record in a similar role. While experience in AV technology, education markets, or the construction industry is preferred, it is not required. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, solutions-oriented, and have a strong focus on results. Key responsibilities include setting clear expectations, maintaining a culture of transparency and collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The CEO will also be expected to interact with customers, manage professional relationships, and lead the team in achieving operational and financial goals. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or management is required, with an MBA being highly preferred.
