The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated Automotive Repair Technician to handle complex diagnostic and repair services. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge across all vehicle systems and have a proven track record of excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic assessments to accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and systems-related malfunctions across diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Execute comprehensive, high-quality automotive repairs on engines, transmissions, HVAC (A/C & Heater), braking, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Conduct thorough routine maintenance and preventative services, including tune-ups and Professional 40-Point Maintenance Inspections.
• Test and inspect vehicles post-repair to ensure quality, safety, and performance meet both shop and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed and communicate repair findings clearly.
• Adhere to all shop safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Required Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of verifiable professional experience as an Automotive Technician is strictly required.
• Possession of a comprehensive set of professional-grade tools.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing computerized diagnostic and repair equipment.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and proven, advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Current ASE Certifications are highly preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

• Compensation: Highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience, certifications, and demonstrated skill level (negotiable).
• Schedule: Full-time opportunity (40+ hours per week). Flexible scheduling options may be negotiable.
• Shop Operating Hours:
• • Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
