This individual will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting new and existing customers, generating sales and more. Pay Rate: $18.00 / hourDuties:Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associatesNavigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing app JobStackEnter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our systemProactively recruit new applicants and match them with our customers' open positionsProcess payroll for our temporary workers in a timely mannerPromote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mindPosition Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferredCustomer service and/or sales experienceEffective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employeesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectivelyBasic knowledge in using Microsoft OfficePeriodic local travel to client sites; valid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Work Location: PeopleReady, Nashville, TN 37214.
