Senior Data Analyst - Full-Time (Onsite) Sudbury, MA | Salary: $80,000-$115,000+ We're seeking a results-driven Senior Data Analyst to join a growing operations team and turn complex data into actionable insights. This role is fully onsite in Sudbury, MA and plays a key part in supporting business performance across sales, service, and operations planning. Key Responsibilities Analyze data from CRM, ERP, and business systems to drive sales performance and operational efficiency Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and trends Support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) with forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling Identify patterns and opportunities through advanced analytics and statistical analysis Partner with cross-functional teams to develop automated reporting solutions Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (required) 2-7 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence Advanced Power BI and Excel skills; SQL required Python and Salesforce experience strongly preferred Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills Why This Role High-impact position supporting executive decision-making Opportunity to work on forecasting, revenue optimization, and process improvement initiatives Fast-moving hiring process with immediate need Additional Details Full-time, onsite (potential hybrid flexibility in the future) Minimal travel required Benefits Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
