Senior Analyst, Engineering Services - Data Management (Onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Engineering Services to join the Configuration and Data Management Department on‑site in Marlborough, MA. The role involves Data Management for both unclassified and classified tasks across multiple mission‑critical programs, covering the entire product life cycle as part of a fast‑paced team. What You Will Do Read the statement of work and 1423 forms. Understand the integrated master schedule, load submission schedule, track/status/submit/close submissions and support program events. Apply the CM/DM approach and CM/DM tools to perform assigned tasks. Work independently, understand role requirements, support team goals, and communicate task status. During peak periods, work a modified schedule to support programs. Support classified work products when required. Learn Hardware Configuration Management (CM) or Software Configuration Management skills to backup other team members as needed; HW CM handles drawing/work product releases and drawing changes and SW CM handles SW work product release and changes. What You Will Learn CM/DM approach and CM/DM tools Qualifications You Must Have University degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field. Ability to obtain a Secret DoD U.S. government‑issued security clearance. Experience with Product Data Management tools or ability to learn CM/DM processing tool Windchill Common PDM. Understanding of data/configuration management concepts. Qualifications We Prefer Ability to read and comprehend the statement of work, 1423 forms, integrated master schedule and work product management plan. Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) + Microsoft Project. Problem‑solving skills for ad hoc issues. Work independently on tasks. Strong communication and reading/comprehension skills.
