Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Center Operations Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations, training, inventory support, replenishment, and team communication. This position is responsible for keeping the DC running efficiently while making sure employees are properly trained and work is completed accurately and on time.  

• Train new and existing team members, including initial, follow-up, special, and cross-training to ensure proper coverage throughout the distribution center.
• Conduct daily 3–5 minute presort meetings and other meetings as needed, including safety and special meetings.
• Communicate daily DC status and important updates with teams working before and after your shift.
• Manage the replenishment function, ensuring Transfer Requests (TRs) and Putaways are completed accurately and on time.

salary: $30 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee the supply storage area and maintain accurate supply inventory.
• Update the supply inventory spreadsheet on a weekly basis

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 5 hours at one time
