Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapy techniques to support sustained progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, enabling patients to achieve their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
