Job Responsibilities

• Personalized Care Plans: Assess individual needs to create tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping patients regain functional abilities
• Implement Therapies: Apply evidence-based techniques to support the enhancement of motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care
• Education for Empowerment: Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to nurture ongoing development beyond the clinic
• Progress Tracking: Monitor clinical progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure patients achieve their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Encouraged participation in continuing education or additional certifications

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
