Shift: Per Diem (Casual, as needed) weekdays

Job Summary:

Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our patients

• Assess and evaluate patient abilities, strengths, and limitations to develop effective treatment plans

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current registration and licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of New York

• Minimum 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (recent graduates welcome to apply)

Work Environment:

• Per Diem schedule with flexible hours to meet the needs of our patients

Pay Rate: $50-$65/hour
