Looking for a PER DIEM Occupational Therapy Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY WORK LOCATION: WESLEY GARDENS 3 Upton Park, Rochester, NY 14607, USA We offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefit package. Job Responsibilities: Provides skilled therapeutic intervention and services under the supervision of a n Occupational Therapist. Follows all regulations and guidelines of facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA. Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Provides documentation of patient’s condition, and provide caregiver/patient education as appropriate. Regularly discuss es with supervising Occupational Therapist patient’s progress and any concerns or guidance needed . Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient ’ s engagement and responses to treatment , modifies as necessary .
