If you're tired of shops that don't value your skills, this is your chance to work for a dealership that understands how critical good techs are to the operation.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines on agricultural equipmentWork on tractors, combines, harvesters, sprayers, loaders, and irrigation enginesPerform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime during peak seasonsTroubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and drivetrain systemsUse modern diagnostic tools and computerized engine softwareCommunicate clearly with customers and supervisors about repairs and timelinesStep up during planting and harvest when farmers need us mostWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of hands-on diesel experience, or diesel degree plus field experienceTechnical training in diesel technology, agricultural mechanics or heavy equipment repairConfident working independently and solving problems in the shop and fieldAbility to read schematics, manuals, and service informationKnowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsValid driver's license (CDL a plus)Why Work at J.J.
