Located in Springfield, OH Job Full Description Inside Sales Representative Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional looking to build a career in sales? We are a growing leader in the lifting, rigging, moving, and material handling industry seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers, generate quotes, and help drive business growth. We welcome applications from recent graduates looking for a career opportunity as well as experienced sales professionals with a proven track record. Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Support account growth and business development efforts
- Collaborate with operations and outside sales teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Sales, customer service, account management, or industrial experience preferred
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, construction, material handling, rigging, or related industries is a plus
- New graduates encouraged to apply
