Employment Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 1+ years of experience to handle California employment litigation and PAGA/class action defense.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage employment litigation matters from inception through settlement, trial, arbitration, and appeal.
- Handle discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, court hearings, and federal court matters.
- Defend employers against PAGA, class actions, FEHA, labor code, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
- Lead workplace investigations and develop effective case strategies for client defense.
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients to reduce employment-related risks.
- 1+ years of dedicated Labor & Employment law experience required.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Experience representing employers in California and federal employment matters.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, issue-spotting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.
