Job Description:
Staff Force is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in staffing and recruiting. Prior experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and manufacturing positions
- Coordinate placements and onboarding for new hires
- Maintain communication with candidates and clients
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems
- Support daily office and recruiting operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Administrative and customer service experience
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior staffing or recruiting experience preferred, especially within light industrial or manufacturing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry
- Must have an Oklahoma Driver License
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MUST HAVE OPEN Availability
