A 40-bed rehabilitation hospital in Boise, ID is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to fill a contract position starting ASAP for a minimum of 13 weeks. This role offers the opportunity to apply your hospital pharmacy expertise in a supportive and fast-paced environment focused on quality patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide guidance as needed
• Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to optimize medication management
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to develop individualized patient care plans
• Utilize Cerner pharmacy information system for documentation and communication

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Idaho pharmacist license or ability to obtain quickly
• Previous experience working in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting the pharmacy team
