About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing risks that could impact the organization's financial, operational, and strategic objectives. The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the organization's long-term success. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited payer registrations. Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited vendor registrations. Manage deactivation list of payer and vendor accounts. Investigate fraudulent and suspicious activity via PayCargo system. Review and manage credit card disputes via Credit Card Processor (daily). Review all ACH returns via Cass & TD bank (daily). Manage transaction declines through Kount & Bluesnap (daily). Conduct fraud assessments via PowerBi Cube (daily & weekly). Review and analyze financial statements and documents. Review and complete bank forms and documents. Denounce and blacklist payer and vendor accounts. Manage applications such as Dun & Bradstreet, CLEAR, GIACT, Chargeback 911, Bluesnap, Kount, Trulioo, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Sage. You Are Likely To Succeed If You: Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Experience and Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field(s) preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience working in ERM, ORM, or any relevant risk area.
