Regional Sales Manager – Denver, CO; Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, Utah

Allegion is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to represent our AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Mountain States and Northwest. Ideal candidate will live near a large Metro airport in the territory to easily travel within the market.

If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving specifications, and championing innovative architectural solutions, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead growth in a key territory.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience required, experience calling on architects preferred
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Experience calling on K-12 customers is a plus

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The total expected annual salary for this role includes a base compensation of $85,000 - $120,000 plus a bonus of up to 30% of the base compensation, for a total expected compensation range of $110,500 – $156,000.
