Environmental Regulatory Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Environmental Regulatory Associate to join its Environmental and Mass Tort Department in Atlanta. The successful candidate will provide guidance on environmental law matters across various media, including air, water, and land, through counseling, negotiations, and litigation. Duties Provide legal counsel on environmental regulations and compliance. Engage in negotiations and litigation related to environmental matters. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions for environmental issues. Utilize innovative technology platforms to enhance legal research and analysis. Requirements 3-4 years of experience with environmental regulations and regulators. Experience with major federal environmental regulatory programs. Former state or federal agency experience is a plus. Georgia Bar membership is required. Education Degree in environmental studies or related field preferred. Certifications Georgia Bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in using technology for legal research and document drafting. Benefits Competitive salary with merit bonus opportunities.
