If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now hiring LPNs for the day shift (7am - 7pm) at Avenues Recovery Center in Covington, LA!What You'll Do Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and dischargeCoordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logsCollaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of careMaintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each clientProvide patient education in individual and group settingsWhat We're Looking For Minimum one year diploma program post - high schoolCurrent licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privilegesStrong oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitaskCompassionate, dignified character which models recovery principlesWhere You'll Work Avenues Recovery Detox and Drug Rehab Center is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol medical stabilization and inpatient rehabilitation services.
