Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do

Provide specialized nursing care for ICU patients with a focus on safety and quality outcomes
Assess patient conditions and utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Delegate tasks appropriately and manage resources efficiently
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health strategies
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards, including exposure to blood and bodily fluids
Document patient care accurately using Epic or designated systems

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications (Blue Card)
Proficiency in electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher
Certification in clinical specialty areas
