What You'll Do

Provide critical care nursing for ICU patients in a high-acuity setting
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize Epic for accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Manage acute situations with professionalism and good judgment
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications (blue card from CPI preferred)
Experience with Epic documentation

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
Certification in clinical specialty areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
