Job Opportunity: Charge Nurse

• Oversee and coordinate staff assignments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage patient flow effectively to enhance care delivery.
• Act as a clinical resource while delivering direct bedside care, conducting assessments, and administering medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
