Position Overview
We’re seeking high performing sales professionals focused on developing new business and maximizing growth within current accounts.
If you're driven by results, motivated by opportunity, and thrive on building your book of business, this is the place to grow.
If you are a self-starter who excels at prospecting, networking and consultative selling, this is the role for YOU.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
Build and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Conduct in-person and off-site sales meetings and presentations
Identify client needs and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions
Expand existing accounts to drive additional revenue
Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets

Qualifications

5+ years of proven B2B sales success, with strong new business development results
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills are a must
Bachelor's degree in Business or Business concentration preferred
Experience in print, promotional products, marketing services, or related industries is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000 base salary + commission and performance bonuses
